People use tables for layouts and that's wrong. Using tables for this does make sense. Tabular data, schmabular data.
This is not easy to layout with tables alone, since the WYSIWYG approach is bad for screen readers. Submit your own approach in the comments at the original article. Oh, and styling tables is weird. This approach definitely needs refining.
I dislike this method, but that's me. Pronounce the trs from left to right and from top to bottom, and you'll see that blind people will hate you for this. Please, use the definition list approach or the unordered lists approach unless you've got a better way to style this.
