Jeffrey Zeldman jokes in his sidelinks that he doesn’t allow comments because of the enormous heap of spam this page bears. Apparently he hasn’t heard of WordPress yet? ;)
Good point. I bet Mr. Zeldman never used WP before --- otherwise he would have fallen in love and be using it on his website.
yeah I noticed that the other day...didnt know what to think about it...dan over at simplebits had a recent slam of 200 spams overnite and had to rename his mt comments file in addition to the mt blacklist plugin he was already using. I have a couple of clients using MT that I may have to do the same thing for them as well...
zeldman probably just doesnt want to deal with comment maintenance in general....
